Order Information

Q. How long will it take for my online order to be processed?
A. All orders placed for electronic delivery are typically processed within 1 business day of receipt. Domestic orders for standard physical delivery are typically delivered within 1-5 business days. International orders for standard physical delivery are usually delivered within 7-10 business days.
Q. Can I order as a download and get a physical copy as well?
A. Yes, for our products that are available for physical delivery. Once you've completed your purchase you can download a full-functioning 30-day trial version from our website here. You can use the trial version until your software package is delivered.
Q. Do you offer volume license discounts on QuicKeys?
A. Site licenses and volume sales are available. Contact our sales team for a quote.
Q. Do you offer cross platform QuicKeys licensing?
A. Although separate serial numbers and activation keys are required for QuicKeys for Mac OS X and QuicKeys for Windows, we do offer discounted pricing on the purchase of 25 or more QuicKeys licenses. This includes cross-platform purchases. Contact our sales team for more information.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted. Net 30, Domestic Purchase Orders (POs) are accepted but are subject to approval by Startly Technologies. POs placed for orders under $250 will have a $15 processing fee added to the order. We are unable to accept international POs.
Q. What methods of shipping are available?
A. Our standard US delivery method is UPS Ground. International orders and orders placed with delivery to a PO Box are sent via US Mail. Expedited delivery is also available. Contact our sales team for rates.
Q. Can I order a CD or printed manual for a product I already purchased?
A. If you are a registered owner of a current Startly Technologies product, you're eligible to purchase replacement media (when available) for that product. The charge for a CD is $10.00. This charge includes standard shipping. To order a CD, contact our sales team or call 800-523-7638 or 515-221-1801. Printed manuals are not available.
Q. Can I purchase your products from a reseller?
A. Yes. Our products are sold through many resellers worldwide. Visit our reseller and distributor page.

Product & Registration Information

Q. How do I request my product activation key?
A. If you have lost your activation key and you are a registered user, you can have your activation key e-mailed to you by using our Activation Key/Serial Number request form. Please note we are not able to provide activation keys via phone.
Q. Can I run my QuicKeys license on both my desktop and laptop computers?
A. The QuicKeys license agreement allows you to operate the Software on only one computer at a time. If you only own a single license, you will need to quit QuicKeys on one computer before you'll be able to use it on the other. If you want to run QuicKeys on both computers simultaneously, you will need to purchase an additional license. For information contact our sales department or call 800-523-7638 or 515-221-1801.
Q. Can I test out a product before buying it?
A. Yes. You can download a full-functioning 30-day trial version of most of our products.
Q. How do I register my product?
A. You can register your product using our Registration form. If you purchased directly from Startly your product is already registered.
Q. How do I find my serial number?
A. If you ordered a boxed/physical product, your serial number was included with the packaging of your product either on the outside of the packaging or on the registration card included inside. If the software is installed, you can find the serial number in the product's About window. If you've registered your product, you can request your serial number and activation key with our Activation Key/Serial Number request form. Please note we are not able to provide activation keys via phone.

Returns

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Any product purchased directly from Startly Technologies for physical delivery comes with a 30-day return policy if the box is unopened. During this period you can receive a full refund (except shipping) for that purchase. Contact Customer Service and provide your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on returning the product. Please note that products purchased for electronic delivery are not refundable.
